This is called Healing Oceanic art- Seahorse. I infused this with reiki healing and reiki symbols. I feel that it heals me when I am next to it. Art is a way for me to express myself and to heal.
Original Story
I never thought I would make it this far. I thought my life was over when I was almost killed. I thought I was damaged beyond repair. All of that was just the nonsense I told myself. I am writing a new story. And I am starting to trust myself again. Learning to love and forgive myself. I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. And I am holding that light for others.
Believing in yourself is a form of healing. To start trusting yourself again. To not rely on others for your safety. To open up and ask for help. To take chances and to start living again. And to not let anyone define you or to try to tell you who you are! Only I know myself. Healing means never giving up on yourself. To always keep trying and to do whatever it takes to get help.
