You are not alone do not hesitate to tell a friend or someone do not be afraid to reach out for help if you need it always remember that it will get better and you have many people who will help guide you and lift you up. Do not forget to put yourself first and do things for you that will better your environment and life.
To me healing means finding peace and comfort with yourself it is not easy and takes time but once you do you feel so at peace with yourself it is a healing process
I dated someone for 4 years and they were very abusive I forever wish I would’ve reported the abuse that went on but instead I kept quiet. I am forever thankful that I was able to wake up mentally one day and realize it was not fair to keep being with someone who was physically violent with me and that person did not love me. I am still recovering even years later from this but every day is a new journey and you have to take each day by day because it will get better.
