You are definitely not alone in this journey I'm still working on mine but I have learned to cope with my emotions. I have good and hard days;Ive been working on my self confidence lately and I'm really proud of myself 💪

Just know that there are people out there who are there for you even thru the darkest days and also the positive thing I was say is you are good enough and you got this and keep moving forward
Message of Healing
What healing means to me well I've been doing a lot of coping skills like going hiking and cooking it keeps my mind busy
I was sexually assaulted at the very young age of 7 by my biological brother,I didn't really understand at the time what was happening to me and I was also being SA by my adopted dad from the ages of 7-15.i started using drugs at 16 to cope with my depression but I've been clean and sober now for 2yrs,I would love to speak out to others about this organization and hope that it helps others heal, there are other parts of my story that I had left out bc of too much detail
