いやしのメッセージ
Healing is possible. For me, healing means reclaiming my life after enduring the darkness of abuse. It's about rediscovering my strength and self-worth, which were buried under years of emotional and physical pain. Healing is the journey of breaking free from a toxic cycle, learning to forgive myself for staying as long as I did, and embracing the woman I've become through this process. It means understanding that my past doesn't define me but instead has shaped me into someone resilient and capable of immense growth. Healing is the transformation of fear and shame into love and self-respect, realizing that I deserve happiness, safety, and love—not because someone else gives it to me, but because I have found it within myself. Healing is not linear, and there are days when the weight of my past feels heavy, but I know now that I have the power to move forward, to create a future where I am free, joyful, and whole.
